WHY I DO THIS WORK
The moment I knew
this was my work to do.
I spent over 20 years in corporate finance operations. I was good at it. But when I stepped out to start coaching and bookkeeping for small businesses, something shifted — I started seeing a pattern I couldn't unsee.
Business owner after business owner — clients, friends, family — all avoiding their numbers. Not because they were bad at business, but because of shame, fear, and a complete lack of a system that made sense for the way they actually operated.
"Nothing wakes you up at 2am quite like — wait, am I actually going to make payroll?"
I've heard that story more times than I can count. And I've seen what happens when someone finally gets a clear financial picture — how they show up differently for their business, how the anxiety fades, how the decisions get easier. That transformation is why I do this.
